Queen of the south playing mind games with mutans. I respect the hell out of them for commenting on all the release dates. The syncing for the voice and lip movement seem a bit off. Wow the 20th Century Fox logo made me weirdly melancholic. It might be the last new one ever. Magik casting is perfect. Didn't feel as much like an X-Men movie, which was weird at first but it definitely has its own merit. Beautiful visual effects with the phoenix force, Hans Zimmer never disappoints, solid acting. As much as it was supposed to feel like a more intimate film, it felt like we didn't see enough of each character to really feel connected to each of their feelings during the whole ordeal, I think because there weren't a many character-to-character interactions outside of Jean. Hank is one of my favorite characters and I feel they kind of did him dirty just going out for revenge because he loved Raven when we don't ever see their relationship solidify throughout the series. He's ridiculously smart and he just sorta throws some punches, good to see him finally stand up to Charles, though. I understand not having Quicksilver because that'd be too many characters but he's always so fun to watch. Can't have everything, though, I suppose.
